Welcome to the Floor Plan, your destination with a variety of features to discover.
While every event site differs, we hope to guide you through what you can typically* expect on the Floor Plan page or visit our FAQ's*.
Begin your journey with our guide on how to make the best out of your event experience.
- Let's begin with logging in by accessing the "Log in" link in the upper right hand side of the floor plan.
- You may log in as:
- An attendee by using your badge number or email and password as reflected in the log in options below.
- A general user by creating a New Profile.
- Or, if you are an exhibitor looking to update your ebooth profile, you may log in as an exhibitor within the link at the bottom of the screen (circled below in red) where you will be redirected and guided to the Exhibitor Console.
- You may log in as:
- Should you choose not to log in, a temporary cookie will be left on your device or in your browser to save your favorites when you return.
- If you do log in, the system will keep a permanent record of the exhibitors you saved and will allow you to access your Personalized Planner from any other device you log in to.
- Once inside, you may see a variety of tabs on the upper left hand side including the Exhibitor List, Advanced Search and My Exhibitors.
- The Exhibitor List displays each of the companies exhibiting at the event and offers several features:
- Search for an exhibitor by:
- Clicking on a letter in the alpha-index to the right of the exhibitor list.
- Enter a search term (the company name or a keyword) in the keyword search box.
- Sort Exhibitors by clicking on the icons above the Exhibitor List to bring the exhibitors that have these features to the top of the listing results.
- Locate exhibitor ebooth(s) by:
- Selecting a company name in the exhibitor list.
- Clicking on the booth number to map the booth on the Floor Plan.
- Mapped exhibitors will appear on the floor plan with a red pin including a dot icon on it over their booth.
- Create a favorites list by clicking on the star to highlight and add the exhibitor to My Exhibitors and Personalized Planner.
- Click the star again to empty and remove just that exhibitor from your favorites list.
- Click the half highlighted star to clear all favorites.
- Exhibitors added to your My Exhibitors/Personalized Planner will appear on the floor plan with an orange pin including a star icon on it over their booth.
- Search for an exhibitor by:
- The Advanced Search tab typically* offers a keyword search, geographic location, an event-specific list of drilled-down categories to search by or other search criteria as determined by the event management team.
- Click the plus (+) sign(s) to see more options.
- Results will display a listing of matching exhibitors, and their booths will appear on the floor plan with a green pin including a magnifying glass icon on it over their booth.
- The My Exhibitors tab offers a listing of those you have favorited.
- Exhibitors added to your My Exhibitors tab will also appear on your Personalized Planner under the Print option and on the floor plan with an orange pin including a star icon on it over their booth.
- To edit this list, you may:
- Click the star again to empty and remove just that exhibitor from your favorites list.
- Click the half highlighted star to clear all favorites.

On the right hand side of the floor plan, is a tool bar offering:
- A Home page with information about the floor plan.
- A Maps section if your event has multiple floors or locations.
- A Legend where you can view color coding of booths and pins.
- Welcome with a password and profile update section in the drop down menu.
- If you are not already logged in, this will display as "Log in".
- A filter (circled in red above) to display:
- Available Booths
- Company Names
- Search Results
- My Exhibitors
- Mapped Booths
- Print options:
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: The exhibitor is not in My Expo Plan, how do I add it?
A: To add an exhibitor to your Expo Plan as a favorite, click on the empty star icon to the left of their name in the list. The icon will highlight to your event specific color, and the exhibitor will show up as a favorite in your My Exhibitors tab and Personalized Planner.
Q: The exhibitor is in My Expo Plan, how do I remove it?
A: If you have added an exhibitor as a favorite, they will have the highlighted star icon to the left of their name in the list. To remove them, click on the star icon to un-highlight it. Once it has turned into an empty star outline they have been removed from your My Exhibitors tab and Personalized Planner.
Q: What is an Enhanced Exhibitor and where can I locate them?
A: A red badge with an E in the middle indicates that the exhibitor has enhanced their listing and may offer products, show specials, press releases, and/or embedded videos.

Q: How can I print the Floor Plan, Exhibitor List or my Personalized Planner?
A: Print the Floor Plan, the complete Exhibitor List, or your Personalized Planner (be sure to log in for this feature) by selecting one of the options available on the print panel after you click print in the upper right hand tool bar on the floor plan.
Q: How do I know what booths are available?
A: Exhibitors may check out the legend and filter options in the upper right hand corner tool bar of the floor plan.
While events may change the colors, typically blue is available, green is reserved and yellow is assigned.

Q: My favorites are not syncing to my Mobile App. What's wrong?
A: Favorites typically* sync across devices however, contact your event management team for clarification as syncing parameters are determined by each event directly.
