The EventMap Banner Ad feature is available for clients to sell ad space outside of the system or give away to your top exhibitors. If you are interested in selling Digital Offerings like floor plan logos and do not want to handle the logistics, please contact your Show Manager for more information about our Profit-Sharing Partnership Program. These spaces can also be used as buttons to help navigate exhibitors to important information about your event.
If you are selling more than 3 ad spaces, send the logo images and URLs to your Project Manager to add a rotating banner.
Event Settings>Message Management>Ctrl + F and type Banner
Step 1: Click Event Settings on the Left Toolbar
Step 2: Click Message Management towards the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Press Crtl and F at the same time (Find Function) and type Banner
Step 4: This will bring you to the 5 Banner Messages
The ads will appear on the bottom of the eventmap.aspx page.
Step 5: Switch the default banner ad to the exhibitor's 150X60 Pixel Logo and link the image to the exhibitor's website with the link opening in a new window.
