1. Company Notes & Company Notes Report
The Company Notes are located on the bottom of the Company Info screen. Floor plan actions are automatically added to the notes when companies are reserved or assigned to a booth, and when their booth space is moved or resized. It also automatically records profile changes made by the exhibitors on your a2z-powered event website.
Show Managers can use the notes area to leave notes for themselves for the future for anything that is unique about a given transaction and for other Global Admin Users regarding issues, concerns, or other news. You can also record reminders for future actions related to the transaction. Many a2z clients use Company Notes almost like a log. We recommend checking this feature out if your team is currently not using it.
Company Notes Report
The Company Notes Report is used to pull out information from the company notes section on the Company Info tab of the Company Record.
This report can be pulled for all companies or one company and can be narrowed by the operator id, keyword, and/or date range. Remember to utilize company notes to collect information relevant to the yearly participation of exhibitors in your show. Company notes will also include relevant details performed automatically by the system.
2. Product Category Reporting
These reports enable a global admin user to pull out and review the Product Categories that the exhibiting companies have selected in their respective online booth profiles. This information is frequently used for the Show/Exhibit Guide. Your team could also use it for deeper analysis on popular categories and for historical records. You can also generate PDFs that you can utilize for your marketing collateral, especially for promoting under-represented categories.
