1. Create Attendee/Exhibitor Navigation and Content
a2z gives you the flexibility to create distinct website navigation to separate the attendee content pages from those intended exclusively for exhibitors.
This can be done by creating content under the Attendee/Exhibitor (AE) tabs in Global Admin > Content Management. You can continue to use Unified Content alongside AE Content, or opt to switch over exclusively to AE Content.
2. Leverage Bootstrap to Create an Engaging Website
Your a2z-powered, responsive website can be a great place to showcase your brand. Add images, interactive elements, and much more to create a rich and engaging event website. Your web design team gets access to numerous resources in a2z, e.g. images, messages and CSS, which can be easily edited to create an unforgettable online experience for the event participants.
3. Assign Move In & Move Out Schedules
Using Advanced Operations in Global Admin, you can quickly associate a set of booths to a Move In/Move Out schedule.
This makes it easy to keep exhibitors as well as your internal team updated on this crucial operational logistic immediately before and after the exhibition.
