1. Refreshing Floor Plan
On-site booth sales can be a hectic and exciting time for any show. As the show floor continues to sell, the ability for exhibitors to see a “real time” map is critical in helping them make booth selections. Shows with a fast paced selling process can further benefit by motivating exhibitors to sign-up as space starts to disappear in front of their eyes.
Refreshing floor plans are often shown on large screen monitors or televisions in the sales office.
These screens must be attached to a computer with internet access. You can request a link for a refreshing from your project manager at any time.
Here is an example of a refreshing floor plan:
2. CAPTCHA on Contact Panel of eBooth
The a2z system is designed to make communications to your exhibitors from attendees as easy as possible. You might not know that the system is also designed to stop automated bots from spamming your exhibitors with a CAPTCHA on each of the contact forms.
A CAPTCHA, acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart") is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human.
Another advantage of a CAPTCHA is slowing block room poachers from accessing your exhibitors.
3. Exhibitor Comparison Report
Ever wonder how your show is doing to a previous show? Use the Exhibitor Comparison Report to compare exhibitors between two or more shows based on booth space, dollars spent, or both.
To run this report, go to Reports > Exposition > Exhibitor Comparison Report.
