- Show Message Numbers in the Event Website
Message management is a great way for you to manage or update your content on functional a2z pages. To find out which message number you need to edit on a page, simply add this parameter at the end of the webpage URL showmsg=1 in the browser address bar to see the messages on the page.
Don’t worry, only you can see these messages appear. They will also disappear when you click off the page.
Once you locate the message, simply navigate to the Content Management for your event in Global Admin, and select Message Management. Search for the message you want to update and enter the text you need.
- One-stop Exhibitor Console
From exhibitors being able to pay their bills to external links to your general service contractors, the Exhibitor Console in your a2z-powered event website can be a one-stop-shop. If you have additional resources you want all your exhibitors to access online, contact your project manager and have them add a tile with the information and content you need.
- Exhibitor and Speaker Communication Templates
Communicating to your various constituencies on a regular basis builds trust with your audiences. The a2z system is loaded with useful templates to make your communications more efficient. Templates are located under event settings, template management, reports and printing/email. Here is a sampling of our most used:
Move: If an exhibitor moves booths, the move letter template can be triggered to inform them of their new location on the show floor.
Reconfiguration: If an exhibitor’s booth changes size or dimensions, the reconfiguration letter can be sent out to confirm that transaction.
Cancellation: This template can be sent to exhibitors who cancel from the show.
General Communication: This template can be sent at any time throughout the show cycle to communicate with exhibitors in reserved or confirmed status.
General Communication: You can use this template to communicate with speakers about important information leading up to and during the event.
