This table shows all the Sessions that the contact has flagged as a favorite on the Event Site.
Select Event – All events that are active for the logged in user AND are using the conference module will display in the drop down. Selecting an event will give only results for session favorited in that event. If no event is selected ALL sessions that this user has favorited will be displayed.
Event – The event that this session associated with; if an event has been selected in the ‘Select Event’ drop down this column will not be displayed. (example above shows the list with an event selected)
Session Title – Name of the session as it was entered in Session Management
Date and Time – The date and start time of the session as it was entered in Session Management
Available Handout – The number of handouts that have been uploaded for this session
Registered – If attendee registration is being tracked in a2z, and this contact has registered for this session, the box will be checked. (For more information on this custom integration, talk to your a2z Project Manager)
Itinerary – When checked this indicates that the session has been favorite by the contact on the Event Site.
