Reports> Printing & Email> Program Guide Report
This report creates a word processing document based on a template (#31), and in intended to be used to create a printed conference session guide.
Update the template at Events> Event Settings> Event Settings> Template Management>#31-ProgramGuideReport
- Add or remove Fields.
- Format Fields using the Formatting toolbar.
- Click ‘Update’ to save changes.
Name – the name of the template. This should not be changed
Subject – this is not currently used in the system for this template.
Delimiter Prefix – the symbol(s) that go before the merge fields – Do not change.
Delimiter Suffix – the symbol(s) that go after the merge fields – Do not change.
List of Fields – The full list of available merge fields for this template.
Template Body - The information entered here will be used to create the output document. Any text will be static (the same for every record), while merge fields will use the Session Information to fill in the unique information for each record.
Pull the Report
- Select the Event
- Select the preferred output format
Select Event – The available events for the logged in user will be in the drop down.
HTML Format – View the results in a new browser window
Word Format – View the results as a word processing document. Note- the user will need to have a word processor (like Microsoft Word) installed on their computer.
This can be copied and pasted into another program if desired.
