Exhibitor Custom Info Change Log Report allows the user to pull a report of changes made to the custom exhibitor fields. The report can be pulled for an event, an operator, a date range, or a combination of the three.
Pull the Report
- Select the Event (optional)
- Select the Operator (optional)
- Select a Date Range (optional)
- Click ‘Go’ to get the results
Select Event – All events that are available for the logged in user will show in the drop down. If the user selected an event after logging in, that event will be the default in the drop down.
Select Operator – All user id for users that are marked as active in the system are shown in the drop down. Note – user id ‘Self Registered’ indicates that the change was made on the Event Site by the Exhibitor.
Modified Date – To see all dates leave these fields blank, otherwise use the calendar tool by clicking into each box and selecting a date from the calendar. If a single date is desired select that date as both the start and end dates. A day begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm, selecting 4/1 – 4/2 will return all applicable operations from 12:00am 4/1 until 11:59pm 4/2.
