Events>Features>View and Edit Event
This page allows the user to update the details of the event.
Event Name – This is the name of the event that will be used in Reports, and Templates. This field is required.
Event Code – If a shortened event name, or an internal code should be associated with this event.
Event Type – The event type groups events together, these events share product categories and conference management criteria like Tracks.
Start Date – using the calendar tool, select the date the event will be starting. This field is required.
End Date – using the calendar tool, select the date the event will be ending. This field is required.
Description – if desired a short description of this event can be entered.
Time – this field is not in use at this time, please leave blank.
Budget – The estimated gross income from this event. This field must be filled in if using the Weekly Sales and Pacing Report, in order to see the percent [of the Budget] met.
Event Status – Change the events status between Active, Deactivated and Archived. Archived events cannot have their status changed.
