Show All Events – Check this box to show all the booths this company has been assigned or reserved for all active events in this global admin.
Event – Booths are grouped by event.
Booth – In each event group, the booths are listed in order by booth number.
Width – The width of the booth in feet or meters.
Length – the length of the booth in feet or meters.
Area Sqft – The square feet (or meters) of the booth space (width x length).
Co-Exhibitors – Add or remove co-exhibitors to this booth assignment.
Booth Info – Edit the booth information that can be displayed on the event site and the program guide reports.
Booth Config – Edit the booth number, coordinates, booth upgrade passages, custom booth fields, and salesperson information.
EDC’s – Manage the Exhibitor Designated Contractors for this booth space.
Confirmation Letter – Email or Print a confirmation letter for this booth space.
- Assign - This letter confirms the booth space assignment for this exhibitor
- Move - Send this letter when you have used the Move Exhibitor function to change the location of the exhibitor.
- Re-config - If you have used the Resize function to change the size/shape of the exhibitors booth send this letter confirming the requested change.
Map It – Click on Map It to see the booth space on the floor plan.
Login – click Login to automatically be logged in as this exhibitor on the event site.
Exhibitor Forms – Edit or review the exhibitor forms for this exhibitor.
Custom Exhibitor Fields – Edit the custom exhibitor fields for this exhibitor.
Custom Exhibitor Fields Config – Edit the restrictions for this exhibitor’s custom exhibitor fields.
Special Opportunity – Edit the special opportunities for this exhibitor including keywords which will show them at the top of the list when that keyword is used on the website.
