Events>Features>Content Management>Unified Content or use the quick link icon.
Content Management allows a global admin user to add, edit, and arrange content pages which will appear in the public event site navigation. Once a content page is added, a user can edit the content.
There are two kinds of pages available in Content Management – the functional page (list available here) and content.aspx pages. Any page with the file name content.aspx can be edited directly; all other pages will need to be edited from their source page in global admin, or using Message Management.
Menu Name - This is the name of the page as it will appear in the left navigation on the Public Side.
File Name - This is the ending of the URL address for this particular page. (The system automatically assigns it, however it can be changed from the content edit screen)
Main Menu Position - This is the order/location of where this page will appear in the left navigation of your site.
Sub Menu Position - This is the order/location of where this page will appear UNDER a main menu item in the left navigation of your site.
Allow Menu – When checked, this webpage will be able to be viewed on the public side, by anyone who has the direct link or URL. When unchecked this webpage will not be available to be viewed outside of global admin and users will receive an error message on the public side.
Display Menu – When checked, this webpage will be available in the event site navigation. When unchecked this page will not display in the event site navigation.
Open in New Window – When checked this menu item will open up in a new browser window
View – Opens a new browser window with this page displayed. NOTE: you cannot view a page that is not checked as allowed.
Delete - Deletes the page entirely from your content page manager. (Deleted pages cannot be undone or revived)
After making any changes to main/sub menu positions, allow, display, or open in new window options, scroll to the bottom of the form and click Update to save the changes.
