Non Exhibiting Space (NES) is a space on the floor plan that has a physical presence, but will not be assigned to/associated with a booth. Examples of NES uses are Exhibitor Lounge, Internet Café, Demo Stage.
NES cannot overlap booths on the floor plan. You should use this concept to determine space on the show floor that you are not selling to exhibitors. NES does not show as sold, reserved or available square footage on reports.
