Use this Function to change the reserved Booth into an assigned Booth. Reserved booths are green on the floor plan, assigned booths are yellow.
Step 1– Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth on the floor plan to select it
Step 3 - Click Submit
Step 1 – Select Confirm
Step 2 - Click the reserved booth to select it. If you reserved the booth with an Order, go to Step 4
Step 3 – If you reserved a booth without creating an order then:
Select an Existing order from the dropdown
Select a Booth Space Order Item from the dropdown
Step 4 – Select a Premium if applicable
Note - If the salesperson is someone other than you then select the appropriate Salesperson from the dropdown – if they do not appear in the dropdown, contact your a2z Project Manager to have them added to your system.
Step 5 - Click Submit
