Smart Banner on the Event Website
A smart banner will be displayed on your event website when viewed on a mobile browser. When attendees click on this banner, our smart technology will detect which operating system they are on and will direct them to Apple App Store or Google Play accordingly. When the users download MyEventPlan, it'll automatically launch your upcoming event in the app.
If the user already has the MyEventPlan app downloaded, clicking on the smart banner will take them directly to your event.
a2z will provide your team smart links to include on your websites, blogs, social media messages as well as email communications to attendees. The MyEventPlan smart links route to your event in the MyEventPlan app, similar to the smart banner behavior detailed above.
a2z will provide attendees with a single-field form on your a2z-powered website. Attendees can submit their phone number via this form to get the MyEventPlan smart link via a text message directly on their smartphone.
